Coping with panic and anxiety can be really stressful and confussing.  Our immediate reaction to anxiety is to fight it, but the more we fight it, the stronger it can become. What is really beneficial is to practise coping with panic and anxiety. In this article i suggest relaxation to help you with coping with panic and anxiety.
I have personally used this technique for myself to help me with my panic and anxiety.  It really does help.  Also another thing that helps with coping with panic and anxiety is not to fight the anxiety and panic, realy try to let it wash over you.  It is hard, but the more you do it the easier it becomes.
