It can be extremely hard for people to learn coping skills for coping with panic and anxiety. Although coping with panic and anxiety attacks are typically horrific, steps can be taken to prevent the attacks. Even if you feel you cannot get rid of the attacks totally, wouldn't it be good to make the attacks less extreme, and in the process learn skills for coping with panic and anxiety
